Truc Vert's Cookery Classes.

Have you ever wished you could you could confidently lay on that dinner party? Or maybe you're just looking for a few tips and wrinkles to ease the way and give that 'something' extra to relaxed meals with friends and family. Well Russell Cameron owner and chef will be holding further cookery classes in the Truc Vert kitchen. Learn to prepare and cook some of Russell's specialties with a hands-on approach. These classes are held in small, informal groups followed by an informal gathering in the restaurant, with Russell, to dine, enjoy and discuss the dishes that you have been involved in preparing.
